Information message about sensitive earthquake in Karachaevo-Cherkessk on March 26, 2013

     The sensitive earthquake with M=5.2 has occurred on March 26, 2013 at 23:35 GMT (March 27, at 03:35 Moscow time) in Karachaevo-Cherkessk Republic.
     Parameters of the earthquake have been determined in the Alert Service (AS) of Information Processing Center (IPC) of Geophysical Survey of RAS in Obninsk with station data obtained from digital and analog seismic stations of Russia, countries of CIS and from abroad. Alert message on this earthquake has been delivered in 18 min after registration to the Ministry of Emergency of the Russian Federation (EMERCOM).
     Preliminary processing has been done with data from 56 stations, accurate processing - with data 68 stations.
     Fig. 1 presents fragments of records obtained from digital stations Neitrino (∆ 0.8º), Nalchik (∆ 1.4º), Grozny (∆ 3.0º), Vedeno (∆ 3.3º), Akhty (∆ 4.9º). Fig. 2 presents fragments of records obtained from digital stations Kiev (∆ 11.2º), Obninsk (∆ 12.3º), Arti (∆ 17.0º), Borovoe (∆ 21.3º), Kurchatov (∆ 26.1º).

         Fig. 3 presents with red star epicenter of this earthquake which origin was located at the depth of 5 km, 3 km N-E of Dombai, 19 km S-S-W of Teberda, 41 km S-E of Arkhyz, 56 km S-S-W of Karachaevsk, 108 km S-S-W of Cherkessk.

    Macroseismic manifestations
         In accordance with GS RAS this earthquake with intensity 2 was weakly felt at the upper floors of buildings in Teberda, Dombai, Nizhny Arkhyz and Arkhyz.
