The next issue of the scientific publication "Russian Seismological Journal" has been published – Vol. 3, No. 4.

   The issue is dedicated to the results of various scientific research conducted in the branches of the GS RAS. The spatial-temporal dynamics of the ratio of low and high-frequency components of radiation in the focal zones of a number of major earthquakes is investigated. The time variations of microseismic noise at seismic stations of the Tajik National Seismic Network over 16 years are analyzed. The results of seismological observations in the central part of the Baikal Rift carried out by a local network of stations of the Buryat branch of the GS RAS are presented; as well as the results of fundamental and applied seismological research in the Magadan region for 15 years. The features of the development of data collection systems within the Information Processing Center of the GS RAS are presented.

   The journal also describes the scientific events held by the GS RAS in 2021: the XV International Seismological School "Modern methods of processing and interpretation of seismological data" and the VIII All-Russian Scientific and Technical Conference with international participation "Problems of integrated geophysical monitoring of seismically active regions".
